Women Entrepreneurs Association Hosts Annual Conference in B

China Association of Women Entrepreneurs () hosted its 2018 work conference in Beijing from March 27 to 28 and presented awards to outstanding female individual startup founders and teams.

On the theme of "Making Contributions in the New Era with New Achievements," over 400 representatives of female entrepreneurs from different regions around the country gathered at the event.

Zhu Hongren, Executive Vice President of the China Enterprise Confederation, affirmed the achievements of CAWE over the past year.

"I hope women entrepreneurs can make use of their advantages to do better in the new era," Zhu added.

Member of the Secretariat of theYang Liu said: "Women entrepreneurs should cultivate new engines for enterprise development and promote their spiritual impetus as well as cultural competitiveness."

CAWE President Li Dang said that the association  will stick to high-quality development and take services as the core and encourage members to positively shoulder corporate social responsibilities.

"Meanwhile, we should enhance the Association's vitality and unity, which can better lead members to adopt economic laws in the new era," Li added.

Meanwhile, two symposiums on economic conditions and technological innovation were held during the meeting.

Professor Xu Zhengzhong from the Chinese Academy of Governance delivered a special report on "The Historical Mission of Entrepreneurs in the New Era of Intelligence Information".

Wang Feiyue, head of the State Key Laboratory of Complex System's Management and Control of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, gave a special report titled “Parallel Intelligence: Intelligence and Industry of the Third Axis Era".

Those awarded included 14 outstanding businesswomen pacesetters, 155 outstanding women entrepreneurs, and 21 outstanding group members and 33 outstanding workers from CAWE.
